gemheavenjewellery.com and gemheaven.co.uk is owned and operated by Jo Tubb. Placing an order for goods on this website indicates your acceptance of our terms and conditions. All communication to you from gemheaven jewellery will be addressed to your email address as supplied when you register. If you do not receive a confirmation email after registering or placing an order please contact us immediately. gemheavenjewellery online will not be responsible if you should fail to receive emails sent to the email address you provide when you register. We reserve the right to amend the Terms & Conditions at any time, so you should check this page regularly to take note of any changes.
2.OUR SERVICE
Our web site and services provided to you on and through our web site on an "AS IS" basis. You agree that the owners of this web site exclusively reserve the right and may, at any time and without notice and any liability to you, modify or discontinue this web site and its services or delete the data you provide, whether temporarily or permanently. We shall have no responsibility or liability for the timeliness, deletion, failure to store, inaccuracy, or improper delivery of any data or information.
3: PRIVACY POLICY
All information you give us is kept completely confidential and we will never pass your information onto any other companies for marketing purposes. When making an order we will require your name, address and contact details and this information will only be used for the purposes of processing your order and managing your account with us. 4: TERMS OF SALE
Once you have placed an order with us, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order where we will ask you to verify that all details of the order are correct. You should notify us immediately of any amendments you wish to make. Please take note of necklace lengths and ring sizes, some can be resized.
Whilst all items are offered for sale in good faith, occasionally, for reasons beyond our control, we may not be able to fulfill your order. Therefore a sale agreement will only exist between yourself and gemheaven jewellery when you receive an email confirming your order has been dispatched. If for any reason your item is unavailable, we will contact you to offer you a substitute, or refund your payment.
We can accept no responsibility for delays in delivery caused by postal delays and major striking action by postal services.
5: CANCELLATION
You may cancel your order anytime during the online ordering process before you have confirmed payment details.
There is no obligation for you to give any reason for cancellation, however, we do always welcome constructive feedback, so a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to you and other customers in the future.
6: RETURNS POLICY
If you change your mind about your purchase, please return the unused goods to us with the original receipt within 14 days and we will offer you an exchange or full refund. All return postage is paid by the buyer.
We do appreciate an email stating a piece is being returned not only so we are expecting the parcel but also for feedback on our service.
Due to health and hygiene reasons we cannot accept the return of earrings, unless faulty or the earwires can be changed (there will be a restocking fee for this)
