Frequently asked questions.
Payment
At gemheaven jewellery we take both Paypal or Stripe - you do not have to have an account with either just use your credit or debit card, this is a secure way to pay and you are protected.
A minimum amount of £25 is required for a custom design, this needs to be paid once the design has been agreed, work will not commence until this has been paid. This is non refundable but will be taken off the final payment.
Reservations can only be made 72hrs after a piece has been listed, once reserved a deposit will need to be paid to hold the piece.
Shipping
I try and post twice a week, you will recieve an email once your item has shipped complete with a tracking number.
First Class Recorded ~posting within the uK takes between 1-3 days.
Special Delivery ~ next day guarentee (except for Saturdays, where there is a premium rate).
Airmail ~ on average 10-14 days but can take even longer.
International Tracked and Signed For ~ where we can we use tracked and signed for on my international parcels ~ if this can't be used we use Tracked post.
We can also send International Tracked (without signature) if preferred or for PO Box numbers

Resizing and Returns
Buying online can be a minefield I know but please check sizing and lengths before purchasing.
I am always happy to resize chain Lengths and bangle sizes, as well as the occassional ring size for free before posting out but if you have received the item then all shipping is the buyers responsibility.
If you change your mind, after purchasing, on sizing then there will be a small charge of £10 per Item for the work, Unless otherwise agreed.
Any items that are faulty, of course are my responsibility to repair, and shipping will be paid by gemheaven jewellery. Please email within 60 days of receiving the item.
If for any reason you would like to return your item please do so, as per my terms and conditions, within 14 days for an exchange, or full refund. Please email hello@gemheavenjewellery.com stating you are returning the item, please return in the orginal packaging, no refunds will be made until the item has been received at the studio.
