Delivery
I will strive to post your purchase within 24 hours unless you purchase after 12pm on Friday - then the next posting day is Monday. You will receive an email to confirm posting and should recieve your purchase the next working day.

If you live locally to me and prefer to collect please choose the Store Pick up box and Cash on Delivery - then although your purchase is safe you will need to email me for collection date and time.

Postage & Packaging

Postage is added at the paypal basket - I post everything now Registered post - this is the only secure way of posting jewellery. Every item will be arrive with you wrapped in tissue paper, placed in an pillow or box, and placed in a jiffy bag. I take every care in packaging your jewellery so I hope you enjoy it when it arrives!

Returns

Every piece of jewellery is guarenteed for 3 months - if within these three months an item needs repair please email me immediately. Repair or replacement will be free but we request the jewellery is sent back through registered post (so insured) with all original packaging. If something should happen to your piece after the 3 months is up - there will be a small fee for repair plus shipping.

If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact me within 2 days of recieving your piece, once an item is returned (with original packaging, via registered post) a full refund will be given.

There are no returns offered on earrings for Health and Safety reasons so if you have any questions please ask them before item is bought and paid for.

Resizing will be free unless item is over 1 month old but shipping will be paid for by the owner - please give me details is you want an item resized before sending.

We take every opportunity for your new piece of jewellery to reach you in perfect condition but if by any chance you receive the item damaged please contact us within 2 days @ jo@gemheaven.co.uk

  • Failure to report any damaged item(s) in time or failure to send it on the time as mentioned above, violates our terms and conditions as laid out in our return, exchange and repair policy. This will mean we are not obligated to offer any compensation and cannot be held accountable.
  • Please package return item(s) with care, please make your return in its original packaging. We cannot issue a refund for any item(s) that is damaged during transit.
  • All sale items are non-returnable and final sale (unless defective, damaged, cracked, or unusable in any way).
  • We highly recommend that customers insure their return. If we do not receive it, we cannot credit your account.
